About Our Website

You’re visiting our official website: www.dreamvacationtours.com — also available as a mobile site and app (iOS, Android, etc.). This site is owned by Dream Vacation Tours, an Indian company.

When you use our site or services, you're agreeing to follow these terms. We may update them at any time, so it's good to check back occasionally. If you click on links or use pages related to partner services, they may have their own rules. Please read those too.

Full Tour Packages

Our Role

We’re a travel planner, not the owner of flights, hotels, or tours. We help you book services with different providers. We’re not responsible for things like flight cancellations, hotel overbooking, or visa rejections.

Your Booking & Agreement

Once you approve a tour plan (Quotation) and make payment, the details become your final confirmed package. Only what's in the final document will be delivered — verbal promises don’t count.

Your Responsibilities

Make sure you provide the correct:

  • Name (as per passport)
  • Age, contact info
  • Special needs (meals, seat choice)

Mistakes can lead to extra costs or problems like denied boarding or visa rejection.

Payment Rules

Pay on time, as mentioned in the tour plan. We don’t accept cash deposits — use bank transfers or our secure payment gateway. Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as specified.

Important Documents

Please read your final itinerary, tickets, hotel details, and any special rules (like COVID tests or visas). You're responsible for following all rules of the countries you visit.

Flight Policy

Airline Rules

Flights are subject to each airline’s rules. We book on your behalf but can't control flight delays, cancellations, or extra charges like baggage fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

If the airline cancels, refunds depend on their rules. If you cancel, let us know so we can help with possible refunds (based on airline policy). Some fees like convenience charges or TCS may not be refunded.

Visas for Transit

You must check and get any transit visas needed. We can’t help if you are denied boarding due to missing documents.

Web Check-In

Many airlines require online check-in. Please do this yourself to avoid airport delays. We’re not responsible for missed flights if web check-in isn’t done.

Hotel & Stay Policy

We don’t own hotels. Hotel information (photos, services) comes from the hotel itself. If your hotel is unavailable, we’ll try to find a similar one.

Hotels may set specific check-in times, ask for ID, or deny entry to locals or unmarried couples. Please carry valid ID and meet the hotel's requirements. We are not responsible for denied check-ins.

Hotels may charge local taxes, festive meal fees, or resort fees, which are not always included in your package. You’ll have to pay them directly at the hotel.

Visa Policy

We help you apply for visas, but approval depends on the embassy. Wrong or missing documents may lead to rejection. Visa processing times are estimates, and fees are usually non-refundable.

If your visa is rejected, normal cancellation charges apply. We’ll try to help with alternate plans, but extra costs are your responsibility.

We use trusted courier partners for passport handling but are not liable for loss/damage during transit. Embassy interviews may require travel, and all related costs are on you.

Transfers & Transport

Group transfers involve shared vehicles with multiple stops, while private transfers are for your group only. Be ready 10 minutes early at your pickup point.

Usually, you can carry 1 suitcase + 1 small bag. Inform us in advance for extra luggage. If a vehicle breaks down, we’ll try to send another quickly, but we’re not responsible for missed tours due to delays.

Respect your driver and other guests. Bad behavior can lead to denied service without refund.

Refund Policy for Missed Transfers or Denied Services

We’ll issue a refund only if you provide valid proof, such as a written note from the driver or service provider, photos, videos, or clear documentation of the issue. No refund will be given without proper proof.

Cancellations & Changes

If you cancel, charges are mentioned in your Quotation and vary based on days remaining before the trip. Non-payment after reminders leads to cancellation without refund.

If we cancel due to low group size, natural disasters, or other reasons, we’ll inform you at least 7 days in advance (if possible) and offer a full refund or alternate option.

Changing your booking (dates, travelers, itinerary) is subject to availability and incurs a change fee of 10% of the package cost or ₹20,000 (whichever is lower), plus any price difference.

Emergencies & Special Cases

In emergencies, we’ll try to reduce financial loss by negotiating with vendors. No change fees apply within 60 days of travel for medical emergencies (serious illness, hospitalization, accidents, pregnancy complications) or family emergencies (death of immediate family), with valid documentation.

Special case cancellations within 30 days may qualify for partial/full refunds with valid medical or family emergency documentation. Refund requests for service issues must be emailed with proof within 5 days after the trip ends.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid. We’re not responsible for accidents, illness, loss of belongings, or delays caused by suppliers, travelers, or natural events.

We’re not liable for service disruptions due to unexpected events like natural disasters, pandemics, or riots. Refunds in such cases depend on supplier agreements.

Tax Documents

TCS Certificate: Issued 45 days after each quarter ends (e.g., for April–June tours, it’s available after August 15). GST Invoice: Provided on request after the trip ends. You’ll need to share the necessary details.
